Created in 1989 by Denis THOMAS, the "La Case" company ("La Case" means "The Cabin") brings together several artists with complementary talents : painters, sculptors, puppeteers, actors, musicians.
Multifaceted, the Company presents:
  • original puppet shows, from conception to finished stage production (puppet techniques: wires, rods, glove-puppets, masks),
  • street parades (giant marionettes moving to drums),
  • concerts (old hits sung to the accompaniment of a piano accordion and melodion, drumming concerts)
  • school activities, workshops, courses (creating masks, marionettes and puppets, and whole shows). - Please contact us for details
"La Case" is also dedicated to taking an active role in humanitarian projects :
  • Tour in Casamance (Senegal) in 1997
  • Tour in South Africa in 1998
  • Tours in Bosnia in 2000 and 2002
